When I sign up for the maintenance package, how frequently will your company team visit my property?
Our standard maintenance packages include quarterly visits, carefully scheduled to address seasonal maintenance needs. For clients seeking individual services, we're happy to arrange visits that accommodate your specific schedule.Do you offer a referral program?

Our inspection visits are solely for assessment purposes. During quarterly maintenance visits, we follow a predetermined checklist. If repairs are needed, we'll schedule a separate visit or recommend a trusted partner for specialized services.Do you offer emergency services?
We don't provide emergency response services. In case of emergencies or natural disasters, we advise contacting appropriate emergency services first.Can I customize your services to fit my specific needs?
We offer some flexibility through add-on services like gutter cleaning and power washing. However, these are exclusively available to customers subscribed to our annual maintenance plans.How do you ensure your customers are satisfied?
We maintain open communication throughout our service process. After each visit, you'll receive a detailed report of completed work and any findings. When necessary, we'll provide referrals to trusted specialists in areas such as plumbing, HVAC, landscaping, and pest control.If your technician finds something that needs to be fixed, is that included in my maintenance plan?
Repairs identified during maintenance visits are not covered by the annual plan. We'll provide an estimate for the additional service or refer you to a reliable specialist to complete the necessary work.Can I get a discount if I pay in full?
We offer a 10% discount for customers who choose to pay for their annual plan in full upfront.Do you offer flexible payment plans?
For new clients, we require a 50% deposit for our initial 'New Customer Checklist' service, which is equivalent to two quarterly visits. Following this, we bill on a quarterly basis for ongoing maintenance.
